STK

STK is an information, education, entertainment training and advice service through mobile phone. This service is accessible through the following channels USSD and SMS.

The subscriber dials the USSD syntax (Ex: *503#) to access the service, chooses their category (Ex: local news) from the available Menu, confirms their subscription and receives content related to their subscription on a regular basis. The subscriber can subscribe to as many categories as they wish from the available menu.

When the subscriber wishes to unsubscribe from their category, they dial the dedicated USSD syntax (Ex: 50310#).

The Service is also available in IVR, that is to say by voice. The subscriber calls the short code (Ex: 503) and is directed to a menu that will ask them to choose the listening language for the voice file (French or the local language of the country). The subscriber then chooses to subscribe in order to listen to the service categories free of charge during their subscription period or to directly consult the categories available in the Menu and is charged per call.
