STK is a service of information, teaching, entertainment training, advice through the mobile phone. This service is accessible through the following USSD and SMS channels.
The subscriber composes the USSD syntax (Ex: *503#) to access to the service, he chooses his section (Ex: Local News) in the available Menu, confirms his subscription and receives the content related to his subscription regularly. The subscriber can subscribe to as many topics as they want in the Available menu.
When the subscriber wishes to unsubscribe from his section, he just types the dedicated USSD syntax (Ex: *503*10#).
The Service is also available in IVR( voice). The subscriber calls the short code (Ex: 503) and is directed to a menu that will ask him to choose the language of listening of the vocal file (French or the local language of the country). The subscriber then chooses to subscribe in order to listen to the sections of the service free of charge during the period of his subscription or to consult directly the sections available in the Menu and he is charged on the call.
